【 春 の デ ザ ー ト 情 人 果 】
マンゴーの砂糖漬け 熟するまえの幼果をピクルスにしています 台湾では情人果 lover’s fruits 恋人たちのフルーツと呼ばれ、日差しをたっぷり浴びて歩きまわった後にほしくなる甘酸っぱさ。
「恋は甘すぎてはいけないのよ。酸味が大切」
と教えてくれた高雄の友人の言葉にも頷きました。

Lover’s fruit
In spring time, there is a tasty, comfort dessert available everywhere in Kaohsiung called “Lover’s fruit”.
“Lover’s fruit” is a kind of candy-pickled fruit made with baby mango. Sweet comes after sour, It is exactly the flavor you will want to have especially after a long day walk under the Kaohsiung’s spring sunshine.
“Love must not be too sweet. Sour is important. It’s it?” A Kaohsiung friend said to me. I agree.

春天的甜點 情人果
砂糖漬芒果，用未成熟的幼果做的淺漬水果。
在台灣被叫做情人果lover’s fruits，是在大太陽下走很多路後想要的那種酸甜。
「戀愛絕對不能甜過頭唷。要重視酸味」
高雄朋友說了這些話。我也有同感。
