生薑蛋糕

here is  spice ginger cake recipe .

ginger cake 生薑蛋糕

INGREDIENTS (baking pan 18cm*8cm*5cm 烤模 18cmx8cmx5cm)

110 sliced ginger removed from the ginger syrup 110g 做薑汁剩下來的甜漬生薑

100g softened butter 100g 融化的奶油

50g  sugar 50g 砂糖

110g all-purpose flour 110g 麵粉

2 teaspoon  baking powder 2小匙蛋糕泡打粉

2 eggs 2顆雞蛋

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 一小匙肉桂粉

1 teaspoon nutmeg powder 一小匙肉豆蔻粉

 

 Recipe 作法

1. Chop ginger  把甜漬生薑切成薑末。也可以使用食物調理機。)

2. Preheat oven to 180. Line  baking pan  with baking paper 預熱烤箱180. 準備一個蛋糕烤模在上面鋪上烘培紙。

3. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until fluffy. 準備一個大碗放入奶油和砂糖把他們攪拌打至有些蓬鬆泛白。

4. Sift  flour, baking powder and spices into the bowl. 過篩麵粉、蛋糕泡打粉、肉桂粉、豆蔻粉把他們加入作法3.繼續攪拌均勻。

5. Beat eggs and chopped ginger and add into bowl. Beat until just combined. 在另一碗中把雞蛋打勻倒入作4.攪拌均勻。最後加入作法1.的薑末稍微拌勻。

6. Spoon mixture into paper cases 把做法5.倒入蛋糕烤模裡面放入預熱好的烤箱。

7. Bake 35to 40minutes until risen. 烤約35-40分鐘蛋糕澎起來。以竹籤插入蛋糕中心測試,抽出後不見麵糊粘黏,即可出爐。

8. Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. 出爐後在室溫靜置10分鐘再從烤模中取出置於網架上放涼。完全冷卻後再以保鮮膜包起,放入密封盒或密封袋中,室溫保存,隔日再享用,磅蛋糕的滋味會融合得更好喔!)
